“NO GRATUITIES PLEASE” POLICY
At INFINITY, our technicians don’t expect and don’t accept gratuities for any Laser or Skin Rejuvenation services. We greatly appreciate your business and unlike many other laser centers or medical spas, we would much rather ‘take good care’ of our valued technicians from our end, than have you feel obligated to offer a tip in addition to paying for your services. The best ‘gratuity’ you can give us to show your enthusiasm for our services, is to refer our business to your friends and family. We depend on a constant flow of new clients and we will reward you for doing your part, by sending you a $25 Referral Reward Card for each new client you refer. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly provide you with a courtesy reminder call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A missed appointment is a loss to everyone: the technician’s valuable time, the business and the clients that might want that appointment time. We ask that you return the courtesy and kindly call us to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance when possible, so that we may try to fill your appointment time. Thank you for your consideration and understanding of our policy.
CHILDREN IN THE OFFICE
Our office is not a conducive environment for unsupervised children. For appointments that last more than ten minutes and for the safety of your children, we recommend you make alternative arrangements for the care of them. We will do our best to assist in looking after them for the short ten minute appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, if you do not have proper child care for longer appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but this is for the safety and protection of your children.
